Description

John Daniell to Mr. Lytlour. Thanks him for information concerning the suit his cousin is bringing against him. As he needs money to go to Ireland, he promises his cousin an enfeoffment in his lands and the first refusal on them when he should have settled in Ireland. (July 24, Charing Cross) Verso: same to same. Further developments on the same subject. (July 31, Aug. 2).
