Description

Sexton Papers: John Hilliard to T. Sexton: unable to sell his broad cloths which are ill-suited to the country, for none are reds or greens, but has sold straights; sent Robert Pope [an apprentice] to Vigo, but he needs money; prices of cloths and spcies; wines will be scarce; reference to his uncle, Richard Howlake; Lyshborne; 10 Sept. 1558.
