Description

(i) George Warner to Starkey: the ship with the safflower was driven ashore near Reculver, Kent; goods were washed ashore and the bags cut open and shared out by the country people; 22 Apr. 1642.

(ii) George Warner to Farfax and Barnesly: asks if the damage to the Spanish cloth was the master's fault; 22 Apr. 1642.
