Description

Petition of George Warner to the Lords in Parliament: he was trusted by Matthew Rudd and others of Lubeck as factor in the St. John Baptist and agreed with Robert Armeshead of London to sell him the vessell for £900, but as he was given no security he brought a suit in the Admiralty Court which ordered Armeshead to pay, but he has done nothing; [Apr. - May 1641].
