John Johnson to Anthony Cave (Chichelye): thanks for brawn, a pig etc.: did not take his advice in ill part, but cannot be as quiet as Cave advises: will be grateful if he will seal his obligation to Mr. Doylie; business affairs; Mr. Lovet; a cargo of herring for Lynne; wool business and financial arrangements: will pay him for the use of his wool-houses in Callais: sundry ships of Lynne from Burdiaux reported to be in the Downs; believes his to be among them, etc.; London; 10 Nov. 1551; Copy.
