Miscellaneous Navy Papers 1644-1657 (ff. 55-148): Petition of Thomas Batter to the Commissioners for the Navy. That he may have reperation for the loss of his goods, taken for prize. Order by the Committee for the Navy. Referring the petition to the Commissioners for Prize Goods, who are to certify thereon. 1 June 1646 Order by the same. For the petitioner to make an oath in the Admiralty Court concerning the goods mentioned. 15 July 1646
