Description

Petition of Sir Robert Cotton to Caesar, for supersedeas to the sheriff [? of Gloucs.] to stay levy of any more goods, and deliver back oxen taken from his manor of Little Compton, until the matter between him and Edward Griffyn of Dingley, Northants., be heard. With note by Caesar to Fanshaw, 7 Oct. 1609
