Petition to Buchurst by Reginald Nicholas that, since Buchurst will accept his lands in [Cheltenham Manor] co. Gloucester at 20 years' purchase, in part payment of his debt, a commission may survey the lands and process be stayed; with minutes and ordersby Buchurst and Fortescu; Giles Foster, receiver, or Thomas Parker, deputy surveyor, to be of the commission; 29 Oct. 1600
