Certificate to the barons of the Exchequer by Thomas Mildmay and John Petre, commissioners for the subsidy in Essex, that Matthew Rudd of Moulsham, collector in Chelmsford hundred, is unable to collect assessed sums from John Hyde of Southehanfild, who dwells in Fletestrete, London, from Thomas Danyell of Esthanfyld, William Dowe of Westhanfild and William Gottis of Sandon, who have no lands or goods in Essex; John Rochell of Roxwell's heir is under age struck out; 20 June 1590.
