Description

Petition to Bourghley by Elis ap Cadwalader that William Morys, the Queen's farmer of Geest, co. Carnarvon, procured a commission for severing the Queen's land from the petitioner's but the return was stayed on his complaint, yet he is troubled by Morys as a second commission was suppressed for want of exemplification; 18 Nov. 1583; Endorsed: Mr. Lake against the Earl of Salop; the Lord Marquess against Spence
