Letters of Henry VII appointing Vincent de Palcottis, D.C.L., of Bologna, his proctor in causes in Italy, on the recommendation of James, bishop of Imolens, and creating him a knight; Kenelworth Castle; 18 July 1487. Latin. Copy in a fine Italic, gilded. Neither enrolment nor warrant survives. Apparently this is an exemplification issued under the seal of the College of Notaries in Bologna.
