Robert Dobbs to John Daniell, in London: tithes of Daresberie; appearance of Thomas Sutton and Henry Dennys in Chester consistory court in tithe suit; quotes letter of 4 Feb. 1598 from Dr. Thornton, treasurer of Christeschurch, Oxon; 16 Jan. 1602. Endorsed: Exchequer cause between Gregge and Danyel.
