Letter from John Kendrick to [his master John Quarles]: sales for Thomas Flower and Thomas Bishoppe; the States now allow fish to be carried to Antwerp and wines, etc., to pass on both sides, so hopes cloths may be permitted. Chief Antwerp merchants are at Brussels pressing for the opening of trade; the exchange rate; Middelburg; 29 Dec.1599.
