Thomas Phelippes's statement about the extension of lord Hunsdon's licence to export long cloths as licences had been issued to Sir Walter Raleigh and the King of Poland to Hunsdon's prejudice. Problems of the payment of customs for these cloths, received by Ralph Husband. Phelippes wishes to be exonerated; [? 1598].
