Description

Sir William Cecill to the Lord Treasurer: At request of the Spanish ambassador to discharge various merchants of the Low Countries resident in London from paying the subsidy, which is contrary to the treaties; whether Anthony Guerara should be dischargedfrom payment. The commissioners of sewers in co. Lincoln about scouring ditches late of Crowland and Spalding monasteries; Westminster; 31 May, 1567.
