Description

NORTH AMERICA: Colonies: Massachusetts: J Pownall: encloses copy of a letter from Lord Hillsborough giving a list of names of Judges, for whom the king has agreed salary should be paid out of the revenue collected on tea. Pownall asks if action has yet been taken by the Lords of the Treasury on this matter
