ENGLAND AND WALES: Miscellaneous: W Eden: sends extract of letter from K Irvine, Consul at Ostend, and his paper suggesting that Britain should encourage her colonies to produce corn by facilitating its import, remove bounties on export, but commence exportation to Europe. The King of Prussia will probably control the export and price of Polish corn. This makes English competition both desirable for European countries and profitable for England
