Description

Miscellaneous: petition to the Treasury of the Principal Creditors of Peter How, esq., requesting that a conveyance of Mr How's Estate and other effects to Bacon Franklin and Company, a few days before a declaration of his insolvency, be declared invalid. Referred to the Commissioners for Taxes (December 22).
