The Anglo-Bulgarian Mixed Arbitral Tribunal was constituted under Article 188 of the Treaty of Neuilly-sur-Seine (27 Nov. 1919). Its purpose was to process claims against Bulgaria for assets, such as land, buildings and money, lost as a result of the First World War.
