Indenture witnessing that John, Abbot of the monastery of St Martin, Battle, Sussex, Lord of the manor of Dengemse in the parish of Leeds, Kent, and the convent there, had demised to Laurence Groce, bailiff of the town of Leeds, fishermen of the said town and also a number of persons owning cabins at Nasserton in the precinct of the manor of Dengey Marsh within the parish of Leeds, priviledges concerning their cabins and the storage of boats, the processing and selling of fish and of the payments for these rights
