Indenture witnessing that Matilda Lovell, Abbess of the monastery of St Mary, Romsey, Hants, and the convent there, had demised to John Davy of North Bradeley, Wilts, his wife Joan and others, 2 messuages and land in North Bradeley, Wilts, which the said John, etc, had held of the said abbess as of her manor of Edington
