The forces in Germany: Lords of the Treasury to the Duke of Marlborough transmitting copies of Mr. Prado's proposals of 3 Apr. and 30 June [see nos.35 and 63] and a copy of Mr. Hume's report thereon [T.1/384/63] and a narrative [missing] of proceedings at the Treasury on the subsistence of the troops. Suggests that Prado's charges are so high he should be asked to reduce them.
