The forces in Germany: West to [Duke of Marlborough] acknowledging T.1/384/53 and expressing surprise at the Treasury being charged with neglect of the troops. Transmits copies of the minutes and orders to Boyde. Informs him that although the Treasury wished to accept Oswald's contract Prado's must stand for the time being and Hatton is requested to forward a copy of it.
