The forces in Germany: [Martin] to Boyde referring to nos.76 and 82 above and requesting an explanation of why he did not write to say the Hanoverians could not supply the British troops in Germany. Directs him not to make a contract with Mr. Prado if hehas not already done so as the Treasury prefers Mr. Oswald's proposals. Instructs him to take particulars of magazines taken from the enemy.
