Description

John Hals, bishop of Coventry and Lichfield, Henry Sampson, clerk, Richard Chocke, knight, John Parker, 'marchaunt,' John Chapman, and Ralph Fyssher to grant the manor of Littleworth to John Taillour, provost of Oriel College, Oxford, the scholars of thesame, and their successors, retaining land in Littleworth. Berkshire. The said Henry and Richard, and Thomas Cornysshe, clerk, to grant to the same the manor of Dean [in Spelsbury], and messuages and land in Dean and Upper and Lower Chalford [in Enstone], retaining a messuage and land in Dean. Oxford. 20 Edw IV.
