William, bishop of Winchester, David Husband, William Gyfford, and Stephen Tyler, clerks, Thomas Danvers, William Danvers, and Richard Burton to grant the manors of Spytlynges in Gorleston, Caldecotes in Fritton, Akethorpe in Lowestoft, and Hobland, tenements in Browston, and messuages, land, and rent in Gorleston, Fritton, Lowestoft, Burgh Castle, Gatton, and Belton (Suffolk), and the manors of Titchwell and Guton in Brandiston, with the advowson of the church of Brandiston, the manor of Pedham Hall in Beighton, a tenement in Hickling, and messuages, land, and rent in Titchwell, Thornham, Brancaster, Holme, Brandiston, Booton, Sall, Cawston, Beighton, Acle, Burlingham, and Hickling (Norfolk), to William Tyberd, president of Magdalen College, Oxford, the scholars of the same, and their successors, retaining messuages, land, and rent in Nacton, Copythe, and Byllyngton (Suffolk), and Priors Hickling, Brancaster, and Irmingland (Norfolk).
