William, bishop of Winchester, to grant the manors of Multon Hall in Frampton and of Saltfleetby, rent in Saltfleetby and Somercotes, and the advowsons of the churches of Saltfleetby All Saints and Bassingham, to William Tyberd, president of Magdalen College, Oxford, the scholars of the same, and their successors, retaining messuages in the said places. Lincoln. The same, Robert Radclyff, Esq., and Joan his wife, and John Fortescu, Thomas Billyng, Walter Moyle, and John Say, knights, to grant the manor of Candlesby to the same, with messuages, mills, land, and rent in Candlesby, Gunby, Boothby, Halbertoft, Tattershall, Orby, Ingoldmells, Winthorpe, Burgh, Sutton, Trusthorpe, Theddlethorpe, Hogsthorpe (Aggesthorpe), Thorpe, Leake, Hagnaby, Friskney, and Wainfleet, retaining messuages there.
