Description

John de Kirkeby and Alice late the wife of John de Kirkeby, knight, to grant land and rent in Horton Kirby, Fawkham, Farningham, and Sutton by Dartford to the master and chaplains of the chantry of Cobham, to be reconveyed to the grantors and the heirs of the said John until they shall alienate them or any part of them for life or in fee, or until the said master and chaplains lose possession of land in Horton Kirby and the advowson of the church there granted to them by John de Cobeham and others, retaining a mill and land in Horton Kirby. Kent. 2 Ric II.
