Agnes late the wife of Thomas Bardolf to grant a messuage and land in Ruskington, held by her in dower of the inheritance of John Bardolf, to William Davy of Esthorpe and Christiana his wife for their lives, at a yearly rent of 10s., with remainder to William son of the said William and Christiana and the heirs of his body, remainder to Robert also their son and the heirs of his body, remainder to Maud their daughter and the heirs of her body, remainder to the right heirs of the said John, who also grants his reversion in the same terms.
