Richard le Arblaster of Bicton to settle a messuage, mill, land, and rent in Bicton, the office of gaoler at Exeter, the advowson of Bicton church, and the reversion of one-third of the manor of Bicton, which third is now held in dower by Joan late the wife of Geoffrey le Arblaster, on himself for life, with remainder to Joel son of William de Buketon and Nicholaa his wife and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to Roberta daughter of the said Richard and the heirs of her body, remainder to the right heirs of the said Richard.
