William Cosyn to settle his manor of Great Sutton, with the advowson of its church, on himself for life, with remainder to Peter son of William Cosyn for life, remainder to Emma and Juliana, daughters of the said Peter, and the heirs of the body of the said Emma, remainder to the said Juliana and the heirs of her body, remainder to the said William and his heirs, retaining a messuage in Yapton (Sussex). Essex. Sussex. 5 Edw III.
