John de Louthre to retain the manor of Claverworth and messuages and land in Halton, the reversion of which he acquired from John de Haulton, afterwards acquiring from Eleanor, late the wife of William de Halton, her life interest in the same lands. Northumberland. John de Haulton to settle the manor of Halton (excepting certain messuages and lands) on himself for life, with remainder as to one moiety to Robert de Louthre and Eleanor his wife and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to Thomas de Louthre, Margaret his wife, and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to the right heirs of John de Haulton; and as to the other moiety to Thomas de Louthre, Margaret his wife, and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to Robert de Louthre and Eleanor his wife and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to the right heirs of John de Halton.
