John de Broghton, clerk to Edward the king's son, to retain for life, at a rent, land, messuage, and one-third of a mill in Garthorpe, which Denise, late the wife of Benedict de Rolleston, held in dower, and demised for her life to Hugh le Vaus of Garthorpe, who conveyed it to the said John, who now holds it subject to the king's reversion on the death of Denise. Leic. 34 Edw I.
