John de Yelaund to grant to Ralph son of William his reversion in the fourth part of the manors of Angerton, Hartburn, Doddington, Nesbit, Hedun, Styford (in Bywell), Spindon, Newton and Riding (both in Bywell), Merchenleye, Bromhaugh and Shilford (both in Bywell), Thornburgh, Shotley (Sotle), Blakederleye, Birkenside and Waskerley (both in Shotley), and Newbiggin, which fourth part Walter de Huntercombe now holds by the courtesy of England of the inheritance of his late wife Margaret, the said reversion having been granted to the said John by the grantee and Margery late his wife, one of the heiresses of the said Margaret.
