Short title: Godolphin v Davye.

Plaintiffs: William GODOLPHIN (Godolghan), knight, and Henry NANSE, gentleman.

Defendants: William DAVYE and Peter SANDREY, lessees of the vicarage of Madron.

Subject: Annuity promised to Dr. Mableston, clerk, on resigning the said vicarage, for which complainants are sureties. Cornwall
