Description

Short title: Melton v Musgrave.

Plaintiffs: Alice, executrix and late the wife of Robert Melton, citizen and goldsmith of London.

Defendants: Edward Musgrave, knight, and Jane, his wife, daughter and executrix of Christopher Warde of Givendale, knight, John Warde, and John Redeshaw.

Subject: Bond for a debt of thesaid Sir Christopher, the seals of which are accidentally defaced. London, York.
