Defendants: The mayor, aldermen and sheriffs of London; Edward Charnock, skinner, executor of William Dalton, citizen and skinner of London.
Subject: Actions of debt by Charnock for the price of furs had by complainant of Dalton, who promised to cross off the debt as a set-off against fees paid in the court spiritual by complainant on his behalf.
