Description

Short title: Mere v Yonge.

Plaintiffs: John Mere, chantry priest in St Bride's [Fleet-street], London.

Defendants: William Yonge and Cecile, his wife, and Clemence, daughter and heir of John Penny, ward of the said William.

Subject: Arrears of an annuity charged by the will of John Huggeley in the year 19 Edward I on his messuage with shops in St Bride's called `The Castell,' payable to the priest of the chantry founded therein by him.
