Defendants: Richard Eglyston, administrator of the goods of Gilbert Eglyston of London, goldsmith, husband of Agnes, complainant's daughter.
Subject: Detention of deeds relating (1) to Westmorlands Place in St Helen's, London, granted by Rauffe, Earl of Westmorland, to complainant and the said Gilbert in survivorship, and (2) to a messuage and land in Flempton, with its advowson.
