Description

Short title: Dickenson v Hutton.

Plaintiffs: Christopher Dickenson, bricklayer.

Defendants: Robert Hutton, clerk, `master of the buildings in Southwark' of Charles, Duke of Suffolk.

Subject: Refusal to give a bond for timber supplied, which complainant had bought of the abbot of Coggeshall, to deliver at St Olave's Water-gate stair.
