Description

Short title: Colsyll v The Mayor of London.

Plaintiffs: William Colsyll, citizen and mercer of London.

Defendants: The mayor, aldermen and sheriffs of London; and John Wawell, prior of Elsyng Spital, Cripplegate.

Subject: Action by the said prior for the rent of a messuage in St Lawrence Lane, let to complainant, but of whichhe cannot obtain possession from Margaret a Parke, late the wife of John Parke, who refuses to quit. Certiorari and subpoena. London
