Subject: Arrest on a bond given at her request to the said Richard in lieu of two given to Dame Katherine Fynkell, widow, now the wife of Robert Jones, knight, for silks bought of her, she fearing her said husband would defeat the same if retained in her name. Certiorari and subpoena. London
