Plaintiffs: Simon Wodde, student in the University of Cambridge, son and heir of Christopher Wodde of Newark, gentleman, and of Elizabeth, his wife.
Defendants: Richard Grey, gentleman, Edward Hayward and John Franke.
Subject: Profits, during nonage of the heir, of the manor of Burton Joyce (Jorsy), holden by knight service of Walter Griffith, knight, claimed by the defendant Grey as holden of him, and maltreatment of the tenants in defiance of an injunction of the Court.
