Plaintiffs: Henry Willoughby and Antony Fitzherbert, justice of the Common Pleas., knights, Nicholas Strelley, esquire, and Nicholas Purfrey, gentleman, feoffees to uses.
Defendants: Rauf Blagden of the county of Nottingham, and Margaret, his wife, daughter and heir of Richard Bingham and of Elizabeth, his wife, daughter of Thomas Staunton, esquire.
Subject: Detention of deeds relating to land in Hawes, whereof complainants were enfeoffed to the use of Anne Bingham, late the wife of Richard Bingham, esquire, for life, with remainder to Rauf Purfrey and Anne, his wife, in fee tail.
