Description

Short title: Tretherff v Tretherff.

Plaintiffs: Thomas Tretherff, esquire, son and heir of John Tretherff, esquire.

Defendants: Reynold Tretherff, complainant's younger brother.

Subject: Petition to examine witnesses as to complainant's title to the manors of Argallas, Trewynyan, Treverbyn, Trelosek, Trevelwith, Tyndele, Penlane; Chalons Leigh and Strete Ralegh; and messuages and lands in Millynowith, Nansawsyn, Nanskilly, Brothoga, Merther, Myler, Brongullowe, Trewyns, Goenrownsyn, Strete Ralegh, Stretewoode and Chalons Leigh, which defendant claims to the disinheriting of complainant's heirs female, with the will annexed of the said John Tretherff.
