Plaintiffs: Thomas Tysehurse of Ashburnham.
Defendants: Margaret Burden [late] the wife of Thomas Burkham, son and heir of Richard Burkham of Salehurst, yeoman.
Subject: Distress levied preferentially by defendant on lands in Wartling, to satisfy her annuity on marriage charged by the said Richard on all his lands, both at Wartling and in Ashburnham and Bexhill, she refusing to levy on the residue, purchased by William Ashburnham, Robert Mott, and John Levett, from the said Thomas Burkham.
