Defendants: John a Lee of the Isle of Wight, knight, Edmond Marwyn, and Leonard Chaffen, feoffees to the uses of the will of John Mompesson of Batyngton, esquire.
Subject: Refusal to complete a conveyance to complainants of a toft and land in Fisherton Delamere, purchased by them of the said Mompesson, by which it was intended to extinguish all claims on them and their children as villeins regardant. Wiltshire
