Description

Short title: Stephyns v Halam.

Plaintiffs: John Stephyns, master, and the brethren of the college of Corpus Christi in the parish of St Laurence Pountney, London.

Defendants: Richard Halam and Thomas Hurstwayt, executors of Richard Royston, late master.

Subject: Money, jewels, plate, stuff of household and othergoods of the said Royston, and price of lands belonging to the college wrongfully sold by him, required for repair of the ruined and decayed possessions thereof. London.
