Description

Short title: Swyllyngton v Brudenell.

Plaintiffs: Rauf Swyllyngton, Attorney General.

Defendants: Robert Brudenell, knight, John, Lord Fitzwarine, Thomas, Lord Darcy, Henry, Lord Daubeney, and others, feoffees to the use of [Richard ?], Earl of Kent.

Subject: Refusal to complete a sale to Henry VII. by the said Earl of Kent of the manors of Ampthill, Millbrook, Damellensbury [in Houghton Conquest], Ingesbury, Houghton Conquest, Great and Little Doddington, Grendon, Earls Barton, and Brewell, alias Sywell, messuages, lands, rents, and advowsons there, and the manors of Northwood, Snelston, Brokeburgh, Podyngton, Brayngham, Tingrith and Flitwick. (Decree endorsed.). Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Huntingdonshire
