Description

Short title: Milbourne v Somers.

Plaintiffs: John Milbourne and Thomas Semour, aldermen of London, and Dame Katherine Haddon, executors of Richard Haddon, knight.

Defendants: John Somers, executor of Richard Dandisson, both merchants of the Staple of Calais.

Subject: Claim to money entrusted to Dandisson, viz £494, `after the table of Calice, in the Pasche Marte holden at Barowe,' besides other money of the said Sir Richard Haddon, subsequently received for wools and wool-fells.
